The Group was founded in 1979, by an Atlanta based entrepreneur, Frank A Argenbright, Jr. With $500 startup capital, he built the group into a $1 billion global operation. Since then, he started and grew several companies, all of which have been extremely successful and have employed nearly 30,000 employees worldwide.
